30 Day Return Policy

If you are not happy with your ring for any reason within 30 days of purchase, we shall refund your purchase less $5 re-stocking fee. A $15 polishing fee for engraving removal will also apply. All returns must be sent back in a padded envelope, include a copy of the original receipt, be submitted by the original purchaser, and must not show any signs of wear or damage.

Lifetime Resizing Policy

30 days after the orignal purchase of the ring, it becomes covered under the Lifetime Sizing Policy. If for any reason you require a new ring size, simply contact us and we shall replace the ring at 50% of the original cost. We shall ship the ring back to you via US Postal Service - First Class. For expedited shipping, fees may apply. If your ring contains an engraving, we shall re-engrave your ring at a 50% discount ($15). New sizing must be requested by the original purchaser.

Lifetime Guaranty Policy

Should your ring become damaged due to an accident, you may exchange it for a brand new ring we shall replace the ring at 50% of the original cost. We shall ship the ring back to you via US Postal Service - First Class. For expedited shipping, fees may apply. If your ring contains an engraving, we shall re-engrave your ring at a 50% discount ($15). New sizing must be requested by the original purchaser.

If there is a defect in the ring due to craftsmanship, we shall exchange the ring free of charge for another ring of equal or lesser value. The Lifetime Guaranty does not cover the ring due to neglect, improper care, intentional damage, cracking, chipping, customization or repairs performed by anyone other than Tungsten Rings Center, regular wear and tear, abuse.
